Global Net Access, LLC announces the addition of a gigabit connection from Sprint to the Gold network (AS 3595) which will increase performance and continue to solidify GNAX as the highest performance network.
The GNAX network is available in the Atlanta market with net connectivity at the AtlantaNAP and at TELX, as well as loop connectivity to all of the Atlanta metro region.
President of GNAX Jeff Hinkle states that there are more additions to come shortly which will only make the network more incredible.
Started in 1994, GNAX is one of the oldest networks in operation. It is route optimized by the Avaya route science platform and runs on Cisco routers.

Tranxactglobal adds another gigabit ethernet circuit to its silver network. The circuit is a new provider, PCCW/BTN, that is already in use on the gold network and will bolster router improvement and add additional capacity.

GNAX announces the addition of a gigabit connection to the silver network (AS 16626) from Telia which will increase the performance of the formerly all-Cogent transit network, providing affordable connectivity options to AtlantaNAP customers.

GNAX / TranxactGlobal / NetDepot announce the availability of private firewalls based on Juniper's Netscreen platform. Customers have full control with the firewall in front of their dedicated server and can administer their own rules and VPN sessions. This product is also available to colo customers. Prices start at $39.00 per month.

GNAX / TranxactGlobal / NetDepot announce the availability of private load balancers based on the Foundry Server Iron Load Balancer product. Prices start at $119.00 per month for an 8 port model. Servers can be hooked into this unit for a complete load balanced solution.
